Our distance finder is an indispensable accessory for accurately measuring the set fishing distance. With this extremely useful tool, the fishing distance set and fixed to the reel clip is determined using 2 ingeniously curved aluminum rods. Application: Roll out the 5m long measuring scale on the floor. A rivet is placed every 1 meter. The first aluminum rod is now inserted into the first rivet (zero point). The second rod can optionally be plugged into one of the other rivets. This allows a distance between the two poles of one to five meters to be selected. The feeder basket is fixed to the rod at the zero point. Then open the bracket or backstop and wrap the line around the two rods until the position fixed in the line clip is reached. You only have to count how many times you have led the line around the extension. If the line comes loose from the release clip with a large fish or if the line breaks, the previously set distance can be determined exactly. Our Distance Finder is an essential accessory enabling accurate measurement of the set fishing distance. It also makes it possible to always find the pre-fed fishing location even if the line breaks. Fasten the enclosed measuring tape with a length of 5 meters to the sticks in the floor and set the desired distance between the sticks using the length markings. The two aluminium poles are positioned in such manner that the kink in the aluminium pole points towards the inside.
